Remember Joseph Vargo? Well, this is his musical project, though it's actually a mix of music and sound effects--eerie music and creepy sound effects. Nox Arcana (loose latin translation: "Mysteries of the Night") is the result of a partnership between Vargo and William Piotrowski, two musicians who have created something amazing.
